White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
Soft baked cookies that are delicious, chewy and perfect for any occasion. These cookies are one of my favourite for a sweet treat and work great for any event!
This cookie recipe is my current go to for homemade Christmas cookies because it very easy to follow and requires minimal effort. It can be prepared in advance to cut down the preparation time, and the cookie dough can last chilled in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Cranberries and white chocolate can be very sweet, so if you do not want an incredibly sweet cookie, you can cut down the amount of sugar used or reduce the amount of white chocolate and cranberries used.
