A super easy and healthy breakfast recipe to begin your day the right way! These days I've been all about healthy breakfasts and this is one of my go-to recipes for a quick and easy smoothie bowl.
This recipe is refreshing yet creamy and smooth. All you need is a blender and 3 ingredients and you're ready to go. Cut the time if half by using store bought frozen fruit/smoothie mixes. Alternatively you can prepare your own fruit like I do, and its cheaper because student budget! Simply cut up fresh fruit and spread it out on a flat tray or plate. Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, place the fruit in freezer bags and store in the freezer until needed.This method ensures that your fruit is not just a frozen clump and makes it is easier to work with.
