Pan-Seared Lamb Steaks with Mustard-Thyme Sauce

A quick and easy show-stopper dinner! Tender and juicy pan-seared lamb steaks with a creamy mustard sauce. Perfect for special occasions or when you want to treat yourself!

This recipe is guaranteed to leave all your dinner guests amazed! Despite the fancy name, this meal is incredibly simple to make and is ready in just 30 minutes!

You can use lamb chops instead of steaks if preferred, although I find that lamb steaks are more tender and stay juicer. I paired this recipe with a creamy mustard and thyme sauce and some mixed herb roast potatoes to complete the meal. For more of the mustard-thyme sauce (or a thicker sauce), double the amount of cream you will use. To have a more prominent mustard flavour, add an extra tablespoon of wholegrain mustard.
