Make sure you fry your beef on high to get it perfectly seared, and if the mustard flavour is too strong, you can tone it down with some cream. Butter adds a nice richness to the dish but if unavailable, margarine works just as well. Be careful when adding salt if you are using margarine as it is usually slated so you don't want to add too much.
